Who am I?
I'm a former pharmaceutical chemist turned Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher & Mobility Master who's passionate about teaching folks how to simplify their health-care and growing their own food.
I truly believe you can:

  • move, eat & sleep well; without pain, overwhelm & frustration (or calorie counting).
  • stay calm in stressful situations, be focused, present & confident in your ability to figure things out.
