Being healthy doesn't have to be hard and your goals ARE achievable; whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, overcome an injury, improve chronic pain or simply make healthy living a sustainable lifestyle, I'm here to help you accomplish your goals with ease. Monthly coaching includes weekly sessions as well as text/email support; sessions are based on your personal needs and could include any/all of the following: nutritional consultations, kitchen makeover, cooking classes, menu planning, grocery shopping, personal training, mobility work, private yoga, etc.
